Abstract
Nun sind Informationsfachleute und erfahrene Informationsnutzer durchaus unzufrieden mit manchen Informationsprodukten und -dienstleistungen. Kundenorientierung und Qualitätsbewußtsein könnten - so gehen die Klagen - bei den meisten Hosts noch besser ausgeprägt sein. Aber auch die Anwender tragen Verantwortung für die Produktqualität. Denn sie müssen als kritische Kunden ihre Wünsche, Vornehalte und Ärgernisse deutlicher als bisher artikuliern und an die Anbieter herantragen
